Tween App - Privacy Policy

Jayanta Games built the Tween app as a Free app with optional in-app subscriptions. This SERVICE is provided by Jayanta Games at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) directly on our servers. However, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

  • In-App Subscriptions (Pro Membership): We use Google Play Billing (via Unity IAP) to manage subscriptions. This service handles transactions locally on your device. We do not store your financial details or personal identity.

  • Media Access (Microphone & Files): Our app requests access to your Microphone (for audio) and Storage (to save/load progress and export videos). This data is processed locally and is not uploaded to our servers.

  • Advertising (Google AdMob): We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use advertising IDs and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

2. GDPR & User Consent (For EEA Users)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the GDPR. We use a Consent Management Provider (CMP) to ask for your permission before showing personalized ads. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time through the app's settings.

3. Subscription & Automatic Renewal Policy

The Tween app offers a "1-Month Pro Membership".

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Billing: Your Google Play Account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions via Google Play Store Account Settings > Subscriptions.

In case of an error or crash, Google Play Console may collect basic crash reports (device model, OS version, etc.) to help us improve stability, managed according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
